Our site uses Shipsync to calculate shipping fee. Shipsync is giving us several issues.

Before you bid on the project, we need you to explain to us how Shipsync currently calculate shipping for multiple items.
1. Is it purely based on combined weight?
2. if not, how does Shipsync calculate combined shipping rate for multiple packages? How does Shipsync calculate total package size?
