You dont requiere knowledge in JavaScript or SVG /VML.
Just configure this variables:

- The legends
- The tooltip
- The title
- The series you want
This requiere Jquery v 1.3.1+ and Raphael 2.1.1+
I tested it in Firefox 12, Chrome 19, Safari 5, Opera 11 and IE 9 .0 and compatibility view for v.7 and v.8.
