Pass argument from views to panels views by donatoo

Hi, I just need some help to pass argument (uid) from a view to panel views : I’ve created a view that list the new members of the plateforme. The view is called “Bloc – New Members”. Information there are based on Profile… (Budget: €30 EUR, Jobs: Drupal, HTML, PHP)
