In need of a simple solution which causes either Ubercart or Commerce to only charge a percentage during checkout, and not the entire amount. The percentage will be pre-defined by admin and applied to all checkouts… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Drupal, MySQL, PHP)
