Create a simple WordPress-Blog without date by HotelParadise

I just need a wordpress-blog that is date- and timeless. You can use a free template from the web. I will provide the login-data and also a logo that should be on the top of the blog (Budget: $750-$1500 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PHP, WordPress)
