php mailer with ability to attach an image by mattryan76

i’ve used php mailer forms on lots of websites … but i’ve never given people the ability to attach an image to the form. can someone please send me the code that i need in order to include this feature??… (Budget: $2-$8 USD, Jobs: HTML, PHP)
