I need to have a form designed that will take a set of kitchen cabinet dimensions, perform a series of calculations on them and return a result to the customer and save those same results in a db. I want this form to be listed in the Zen Cart “shop pages” and linkable from my product page files… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, MySQL, PHP, Zen Cart)
