Excel Data Extraction ASAP by Shawls

I have data on excel and need a function (program) to extract data from each line into different cells. Attached is a sample file. Some data have 5 or six lines so I would need to have 5 or six cells. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Data Entry, Excel)
