My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.3.2, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers.
Currently in wordpress , comments can appear, or be moderated. There is a check box in the discussions settings that states “An administrator must always approve the comment”. You either check it or not. In addition, emails notifying on comments are sent to post authors.
