We have the attached API functions (see the pdf attachment) and we want to create a WordPress plugin which uses the functions to create, upgrade, suspend, terminate accounts while have the option to process the payments using paypal or other payment solutions.
We need the plugin to record all the information coming from our servers (response to the API) into a database and also our clients can have their password updated using our WordPress page.
