Air/Flash development for the iOS platform is a topic that I haven’t written about much on this site.
In the early days performance was poor, but things have definitely come a long way, and I’ve had a couple of requests for content related to iOS development using Adobe Air.
Today I came across two sets of different open source native iSO extensions for Adobe Air that provide access to many commonly used APIs within the iOS SDK.
Two Sets Of Adobe Air Native iOS Extensions
The first set of extensions includes extensions for the keychain, in-app purchases and GameCenter and can be found on the StickSports Github page here.
The second set of extensions includes extensions for push notifications, Facebook, background music and more that can be found on the FreshPlanet Github page here.
