need to set up clouldberry Pro.
configure cloudberry to set up uers to accuess to only their asigned s3 buckets (restriced sign buckets) through FTP account logins only.
FTP users should be able to uplaod, download, delete videos and be able to get there cloudfront url.
Also will need directions to set up more uers
