Take Html/css And Put Into Magento Site

And put it in this functioning magento site here:

http://www.start(REMOVE_THIS)awebsite123.com/tol/ (REMOVE_THIS)

And make it working fully functional as it sort of is. I’ll pay $50-60 for this.
