Product Upload To Virtuemart In Joomla 1.5

I need someone to upload 20 products to VirtueMart 1.1.9 stable, Joomla Version 1.5.24
They should be uploaded automatically (not manually 1 by 1) and I will also need an explanation how that was done, with a recorded tutorial.
