Multiband excitation vocoder implementation in matlab
the speech signal is segmented in frames using a hamming window and for each frame the parameters are calculated
Encoder : speech is analysed and two parameters:
1. spectral envelope
2. excitation envelope (i.e pulse train for voiced and noise for unvoiced)
