For all pages on the website I want to be able to upload images from the Admin panel that will rotate through out the whole website everytime a member refreshes the page. This should have css and database functionality which allow me to upload images into the Admin panel that Repeat so that it replaces the whole background.
I should be able to upload and delete from the admin panel.
