Need a URL Rotator that has an unlimited amount of htm URLs that I can add to it. Would prefer bids from programmers that have already programmed this kind of .php file.
How It Works:
The admin panel would allow me to upload as many html URLs as needed.
When a visitor clicks on the main link a different page is shown each time that they do.
The pages are show in a sequential order. Starting with the 1st, then 2nd, then 3rd, URL etc.
