Add advert capability to my video site by phpvirtuoso

Hi. I have a video site built with phpmotion, I have both hosted videos and YouTube embedded videos. I would like to have an advert before each video plays. Since as I said, some of the videos… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Flash, MySQL, PHP)
