I have a free script that I have downloaded from the interent. It allows visitors to enter info and get a copy of my book sent to their emails. It works fine but unfortunately, it accepts any thing in the name, email, address frields!
I would like someone to modify it so that any one would would like to download my book has to:
1. Write his correct name.
2. Choose his country form a pull-down menu.
3. Choose his city also from a pull-down menu.
4. Write his correct email.
