More Conversions For New Big E Commerce Website

Good day.

I want advice on how you can change my new E Commerce (BigCommerce) site (PilesAndHemorrhoids(D.O.T)org) to get more conversions.

I opened the site 3 weeks ago and received over 300 unique visitors and only 2 Sales. BAD!!
