Modify footer, add 4 design squares by Inmev

I need to modify my footer to add 4 design squares. There will have a footer for french version and one for english version. Icons will be given to realize the designs but will need some work… (Budget: $30-$250 CAD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PHP)
