I’ve mentioned some excellent guides on creating unit tests with the iOS SDK such as this great quick start guide, but something that I haven’t mentioned is the UIAutomation feature of the iOS SDK.
Today I came across another great library for UI testing from the command line. This library provides a UIAutomation test runner written in Ruby and allows you to write your testing scripts using Coffeescript and a very straightforward syntax. You can do some very cool things such as test on both the iPhone and iPad at the same time.
