You will be bidding on a very simple college project which requires basic PHP/mySQL skills.
The project is basically an upgrade to an already existing freeware script by adding a feature.
There is NO design involved as the project is a non-commercial project and will use a free template from styleshout.
I have attached a file which has all the features I want. Please read that file before bidding.
P.S: My budget is $100… Please keep your bids within that if possible
