Create Facebook custom pages by Cass8

Hi there, I need someone who can create custom pages in Facebook – eg a Welcome page. It used to be done using FBML but now you have to create an app and use iframes. I create Facebook sites for musicians… (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: Facebook)
