Joomla Website Content Required

I need new content inserted into a completed Joomla site. www.elink.com.au
(New content is needed, Not RSS feed)

Minimum quotation;
1/ Research, acquire, some re-write if necessary minimum 50 articles
2/ Insert into the website at least 50 articles on Internet related topics
3/ Insert into the website “weblinks module” approx 50 links to other useful information.

Based on performance, permanent ongoing regular work may be offered.
