Hi, i am looking for a data entry system with various fields to manage and update clients about orders. It will be used to enter order details such as client info, payment details, ready dates, attach files (such as emails, invoices, artwork etc.) These entries will be sent to the customer once entered and once entered we should be able to send them an update with order status. We also need some of the fields to only be internal as all of the notes are not necessary to be seen by client.
