I have a small project that needs to be completed on a tight deadline, PHP would probably be the quickest. Basically, the site will match colors and text of an existing website for a non-profit, but will have 3 different sides. An administrator side that can add employers, Employers that can search and respond to resumes, and Job Seekers that can post resumes and search for jobs.
