I have a contact us form on a webpage, that I would like to open in a popup window (jQuery Modal), with the form appearing in that popup window, and the background page faded out slightly. This is to occure when someone clicks an A href link that says “request more information”… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: AJAX, PHP)
