editors add urls to a database, with the url as primary key. other boolean attributes are associated with the data added.
a navigational widget on a webpage (i.e. north south east west buttons or whatever) calls up a random sample of the entries, everytime ‘w’ for example is pressed, an incrementally higher proportion of boolean w positive entries are thrown back with the page refresh.
