I am looking for a coder/designer that can build a web-based iOS theme builder, similar to www.codethemed.com, for my website (Linux server). The coder/designer builds the UI and the back-end for packaging the theme into a .zip file that can be downloaded and also into a .deb file that I can add to my repository on the same server.
