The project is divided in to two two parts:
1. Designing a worpress template
2. Installing and updating wordpress plugins and setting up the complete site, based on our requirements.
The site is mainly a cartoon strip site and we need a creative design for the home page and inner pages, which is to be further integrated on wordpress to ensure everythign works seamlessly, as per the document.
