Implement a new html5 template to my php site front end by djachao

I have a webapp with a php/mysql backend and just purchased a themeforest template to replace the front end design, I need someone to implement it on the site front-end. There’s also 2 simple bugs I’d like to have fixed in the backend, php stuff… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: AJAX, HTML, Javascript, MySQL, PHP)
