I need something similar to Instagram for android programmed. There is one thing different about this that I will disclose after a confidentiality agreement is signed. I do some Java programming which is why I would like to start with android. I want to be able to understand it (and maintain it) so I would appreciate good programming practices & commmenting. Ultimately would like to port this to iPhone – but I would like that bid out separately.
