hi i need a coder who can make a php script with following features. its is kind of a questions and answers script. members can ask a simple question and he’s friends can answer. question can be selected from per-made questions or they can write their self. then they can sher it on facebook or twitter and the users friends on those social networks can answer the question. ones the user make a new question old one will be disable and no one should be able to reply for the question.
