When updating the open source app listing (now at 78 apps) I came across a very interesting app that has been open sourced.
This app is a twitter client created using HTML5/Phonegap (Cordova), created by Tim Wilkinson an engineering director at Twitter (although this is a personal project – not an official Twitter project).
Not only does this make a great example, but it’s also a very interesting app allowing you to create filters and groups with a drag and drop interface and more.
The app also has a nice design as you can see in the images below:

Other apps added in this update to the open source iOS app list include: a Scratch viewer that was removed from the app store, iWVU the official app of West Virginia University, and Sign+ a simple app that turns your iPad into a digital sign.
