I want it to popup ONLY when a visitor goes BACK or leaves the site to an external URL, such as Links or Bookmarks – EXCEPT my ADSENSE & CPA BANNERS!!
ALSO when this popup appears you have to make sure the user is automatically scrolled-up on top of the page TO SEE the popup.
