Crm Api/integration Xml

I need two applications connected. The firs being capsule CRM the second being Interspires Email Marketer.

I need a simple function. When a contact is placed in Capsule I can then select the action to place them into a list/email campaign in interspire. I can do a screen share to show this function as it already exsist with mail chimp.
