redesigning already built business catalyst website by agcacorp

I have a website built in business catalyst. Somehow I dont like the design of it and I need to add some functionalities to it. I need to have a ticketing system embedded into it. (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: Business Catalyst, Javascript, PHP)
