I need a website built,front-end,back-end and publishing.I have a domain name and a server with joomla installed.The web-designer will get the passwords to publish the work.I don’t have great computer skills so the communication with the designer has to be clear and in good understandable English.There is no time limit on the project as long as the end result is satisfactory to me,and i can have unlimited revisions.
