i need this image duplicated into a vector file so i can print it on t-shirts. i need to be able to change the colors as needed as well and resize the image with out pixelation. some very minor tweaks… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Photoshop Design, T-Shirts)
