Use jquery tabs to use ajax for external data (a form) – then when tab is loaded- run a function to update the form. I am having a sample that only works on the first click. The data used to update the tab form is already present in the dom of the page… (Budget: $35 AUD, Jobs: Javascript, jQuery / Prototype, PHP)
