Hi, This is my first time on Freelancer; so my apologizes for any inconvenience. Basically; I want to get an html5 video player with “timed comment” feature (like soundcloud audio player). Also, the video player should have a flash fallback (always with timed comment feature)… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Flash, HTML5, Website Design)
