I am looking to create a custom survey creation website that collects data from all types of questions (multiple choice, word box, etc) itemizing them on the administration end. A base for the project would be a website with all functionality that surveymonkey.com already has. From there I would like to be able to look at collected information by type where type is a feature that can be associated with questions during the survey creation step.
