I am after a HTML form that allows a user to enter a short message into a text box, and enter their mobile number (an Australia mobile number) into another text box.
When the user clicks the forms submit button, the system needs to sends them an SMS with the information they entered in the text box.
This system MUST work on Australian mobile numbers. These numbers start with +614 (international) or 04 (domestic).
If necessary, I will organise to pay phone network charges.
