hide SKYPE (not vb6 application)

currently its too messy having Skype showing and the vb app
I need Skype to be invisible either imidalyright away or after it logs in,
Skype showing in processes is ok just on the screw, working if need clean up.
I want the Skype dialer app to be the only one in use.
(I can hide, word, notepad excel but don’t know how to hide Skype)
