I am building a simple app for WIndows Phone 7 which would basically be a tile which would change its background image every 30 mins. These different images would be shown on the live tile in windows phone 7 on the start menu… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: .NET, C# Programming, Microsoft Expression, Visual Basic, Windows Phone)
