We need a windows CE 6.0 R3 HID device drive for a USB magnetic stripe reader. Currently when we connect the USB reader to the WinCE workstation it takes over 15 seconds to receive the 800 character HEX string using the native USB keyboard driver… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: C Programming, Windows CE)
