Need to build a PHP/MYSQL website that will feature hundreds of category pages. On each category page will be forms where users can submit content in the form of numbers and short text. Each category page will summarize the content submitted by users as far as high, low and averages. Users can rate the other submissions. All info will be stored in mysql database.
