I am developing a site in which users can upload music to the site. however i would like to limit the users and their uploads. The plugin is basically a user role plugin with an upload form built in. Free users can only upload 1 song, but premium users (paid subscription) get unlimited songs… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, PHP, WordPress)
