http php post and form alteration by zerohero

Hi, What I need done is a http post of an email address and then a cell phone field to append the number into a header url. I have the html form already created which has ’email’ and ‘cell-phone’ fields… (Budget: $15-$25 USD, Jobs: HTML, Javascript, PHP, XML)
